Walking/Hiking :

Dhichen home is 7.5km from the Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park which is a popular hiking destination around Kathmandu valley and where you can go for day hike.

Mountain Biking :

You can also bike to refresh your self & keep yourself in shape. You can rest a bike here with us .Budhanilkantha to tokha bike trail is particularly enjoyable & the nearest trail in terms of diverse terrain and opportunity to visit cultural heritage sites. It is a 3 to 4 hrs bike ride.

Shopping :

You can go for shopping to find the things you need in the nearby super markets and shopping malls  Tokha Bhatbhatini (3.5 km) ,Hattigauda Commercial complex(1km).

Swimming :

you can refresh & relax  yourself  in the hot summer going for a swim in the nearby Hattgauda Swimming Pool (1 km) and Dream place. It cost Rs, 5oo to 700.

Budhanilkantha  Temple (4.2km)

Budhanilkantha temple is a Hindu open air temple dedicated to Lord MahaVishnu. The Temple is also known as the Narayanthan Temple, and can be identified by a large reclining statue of Lord Mahavishnu.

Sivapuri Nagarjun National Park (26 km)

Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park is the ninth national park in Nepal and was established in 2002. It is located in the country’s mid-hills on the northern fringe of the Kathmandu valley and named after Shivapuri Peak at 2,732 m (8,963 ft) altitude. It covers an area of 159 km (61 sq mi) in the districts of Kathmandu,Nuwakot and Sindhupalchowk, adjoining 23 Village development commitees  In the west, the protected area extends to the Dhading District.

Buddha Stupa  (6.8km)

 Boudhanath, Khasti Chaitya is a stupa in Kathmandu,Nepal . Located about 11 km (6.8 mi) from the center and northeastern outskirts of Kathmandu, its massive mandala makes it one of the largest spherical stupas in Nepal and the world.

Swoyambhu Mahachaitya  (8.7 km)

Swayambhu is an ancient religious complex atop a hill in the Kathmandu Valley west of Kathmandu city. For the Buddhist Newars, in whose mythological history and origin myth as well as day-to-day religious practice Swayambhu occupies a central position, it is probably the most sacred among Buddhist pilgrimage sites. For Tibetans and followers of Tibetan Buddhism, it is second only to Bough.

Kathmandu Durbar Square (9.4 km)

Kathmandu Durbar Square (Basantapur Durbar Kshetra) is a historically and culturally significant site in Kathmandu, Nepal It is one of the three Durbar Squares in the in Nepal that are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

-Bhaktapur Durbar Square (20 km)

Bhaktapur Durbar Square is a former royal palace complex located in Bhaktapur, Nepal. This square is recognised by UNESCO managed jointly by the Archeological Department of Nepal and Bhaktapur Muincipility and is under heavy restoration due to the damages from the earthquake in 1934 and the recent earthquake of 2015.The Durbar Square is a generic name for the Malla palace square and can be found in Kathmandu and Patan as well.

Patan Durbar Square is situated at the centre of the city of Lalitpur in Nepal. It is one of the three Durbar Squares in the Kathmandu Valley, all of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. One of its attractions is the medieval royal palace where the Malla Kings of Lalitpur resided.

-Pashupatinath (7.3km)

Pashupatinath Temple is a Hindu Temple dedicated to Lord Pashupati, and is located in Kathmandu, Nepal near the Bagmati River. This is currently the largest temple in the world as well as one of the Oldest Temple.This temple was classified as a World Heritage Site in 1979. This “extensive Hindu temple precinct” is a “sprawling collection of temples, ashrams, images and inscriptions raised over the centuries along the banks of the sacred Bagmati river”, and is one of seven monument groups in UNESCO’s designation of Kathmandu.
