Guests are kindly requested to adhere to respectful and responsible behavior during their stay. It is important to treat the locals, their culture, and traditions with the utmost respect. We encourage you to maintain a peaceful and quiet environment, particularly during the late hours. Please keep noise levels to a minimum from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for everyone in the vicinity.

Smoking & Drinking:

Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited for the comfort and safety of all guests. However, smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas, so please make sure to dispose of cigarette butts properly and responsibly.

Guests are welcome to enjoy alcoholic beverages inside the home, but please kindly ask the host for permission prior to drinking. This helps ensure the comfort and preferences of everyone.

Pets:

In order to maintain a clean and allergy-free environment, pets are not allowed on the property. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to make other arrangements for your furry companions.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans may change. Below is the detailed cancellation policy to ensure clarity:

If the reservation is canceled at least one month prior to the arrival date, the guest will receive a full refund of the total booking amount.

Cancellations made two weeks before the arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the booking amount.

For cancellations made within one week of arrival, the booking is considered non-refundable, and no refund will be provided.
